Juvéderm®
Most fillers tend to target specific areas of the face. Juvéderm, however, has the option to treat the entire midface region. Juvéderm’s formula can be applied to specific smile lines or the lips to create one effect, or it can be used to add volume to the cheeks. Juvéderm can last between six months to one year when applied to smile lines and lips, and up to two years when applied to the cheeks.
Restylane®
Not every filler can effectively treat deep folds and creases. However, Restylane is known for addressing these concerns and producing natural-looking results. Smile lines, lines running down from the corners of the mouth to the chin, and lips can be filled out for a younger appearance lasting up to 18 months. This is because Restylane uses hyaluronic acid, a sugar found in the skin which protects the volume of the skin.
Botox®
A brand well-known for its use in cosmetics, Botox is applied to areas of concern to even out fine lines and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. This treatment is typically administered to the forehead and around the eyes and mouth. Botox targets frown lines and crow’s feet caused by years of frowning and squinting. In most cases, just one short appointment is required for treatment and recovery time is minimal. Results often begin to show within 24 to 48 hours and can last up to four months.
Dysport®
Dysport is a prescription injection used to help smooth the appearance of wrinkles or frown lines between the eyebrows without changing how the rest of your face looks or moves. Dysport is great for larger treatment areas and requires fewer injections to achieve the desired results.
