"For as long as I can remember I have felt very confident about my body. But as I got older I felt that clothes and swimsuits were not fitting as well as I would have liked. I decided to have breast augmentation surgery. Like most I checked out a few websites, and looked for doctors that had the best before and after pictures. "I was always concerned about the size of my breasts, never happy buying tops and finding an 'acceptable' bathing suit. I had surgery with Dr. Pietraszek ten years ago. I chose Dr.Pietraszek  because a couple friends had their surgeries done by him and were very pleased with their results. I also liked the fact that he had many years of experience, specializing in breast surgery. He made me feel very comfortable and spent a lot of time with me during my consultation surgical experience and post-operative care. Dr. Pietraszek's staff is also wonderful, they were 10 years ago and continue to be to this day.   I decided to go back to Dr. Pietraszek six months ago to change out my saline implants to the new silicone implants. After my first surgery, I remember it was a bit uncomfortable the first few days, however my recent surgery was much easier to recover from with almost no discomfort at all, and I was back to work very quickly.
